Q. What is 350pages?

350pages is a unique new webpage building experience that enables you to quickly and easily create your own professional looking website.

Q. And it’s free?

Yes, 350pages will always have a free version. If you want extra features and services, you can always upgrade to our paying version.

Q. How can I start building a new page?

Simple. Once you have signed up to the service and logged into your account, click on the “New Page” button. It couldn’t be easier!

Q. Can I edit my site once I’ve built it?

Absolutely. In your File Manager, simply click on the page you want to edit and you’ll be taken straight into the page editor so you can make updates and changes.

Q. Can I use my own content?

Sure, and depending on what the content is, you might even be able to edit it within your 350pages. Files such as PDFs, music, images and more can be uploaded for use. Simply use the Upload button your 350pages Home page or in the File Manager to upload your files into your 350pages. You can then add them onto your webpage through the Page Editor.

Q. I need more help!

Help for is never far away. Simply click on the nearby ? icon to display a context sensitive help page for that item. Tutorials and general help are also all readily available – just look for the Help buttons. You can also contact our support team via our contact page.

Q. Can I register a domain through 350pages?

Yes. You will be able to do this from within your 350pages account.

Q. Can I change my password?

You can change your password in the My Account section inside 350pages. From the Home page in your control panel, click on My Account, and then click on Password. Follow the prompts to change your password and if you require, your password hint as well.

Q. I have lost my password, how do I recover it?

You cannot recover your password as we do not keep passwords on file for security reasons, but you can recover your password hint, which you set when you initially sign up to the 350pages service. On the sign-in screen, simply click on the Forgotten Password button below the username and password boxes. Type in the e-mail address or the username that you used to sign up with, and your password hint will be sent to you by e-mail. If you are still unsure of your password, contact us from the contact page and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Q. Can I fully customize the layout and content?

Absolutely. Every colour, graphic, image and paragraph of our templates can be altered to match your own vision of how the page should look and how the content should be displayed on screen. Most importantly, if you wish to move any item to another location on the page, the power of 350pages allows you to drag and drop that item with just a click of your mouse. You don’t need any knowledge of HTML or any programming language to use 350pages, although if you wish to add items to your page by HTML, then that facility is available to you as well.

Q. Can I add features to my website such as message boards and guestbooks?

Currently, we do not offer them in the 350pages program, however, you are welcome to add any third party service to 350pages by inserting the HTML you receive when you sign up to these services. Quick Guides on inserting HTML and recommended providers of popular web tools, features and services are all available within 350pages.

Q. Can I upload my existing website?

Any type of file can be uploaded into 350pages. Simply use the Upload button in the File Manager to upload your files into your 350pages.

Q. Will I have to re-create my website to use it in the paid service?

Not at all. You will be able to upgrade your account without any interruption to your service.
