activities resulting in any damages or losses to
350.com or any third parties shall be responsible
for such damages and losses, including any costs
involved in disputing or collecting such damages
and losses. Accounts found abusing the above Terms
will be terminated and all data immediately deleted.
Legal action may be taken against the account owner.
The programming code, HTML and graphic design
of 350.com’s graphics is the copyright of
ZyNet
Ltd.
The images in the Library, which are the copyright
of our supplier, are made available to you for
inclusion on your web pages created in 350pages
only. They may not be used for any other purpose
and they may not be printed in any form (except
for the printout of your webpages), without the
prior written permission of ZyNet
Ltd and the copyright
owners.
350.com reserves the right to alter any aspect
of the free service offering at its own discretion,
without notice.
Third Party Services
You agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of third party services,
such as Open SRS for use of domain names and Adbrite for Adverts.
